I love the car. It drives so much better...
I love the car. It drives so much better than my 2000 Ford Taurus that I had previously. The staff was very helpful and seemed to really care about me choosing the right car. I felt cared about and considering I am girl, I did not want to get fooled on buying a car and there I did not feel any of that pressure. My grandfather who was with me even said that he liked the way the staff treated us. Good job, and keep up the good work!

My A/C wasn't working. Thankfully we...
My A/C wasn't working. Thankfully we aren't in the 80s every day yet. I brought my vehicle in to have it looked at. I had a damaged A/C condenser. Shelly even brought me into the back to fully explain the damage with one of the mechanics. I also ran into my original salesman, Lucas Sillar who was really bummed out to hear about this necessary repair and my previous engine troubles. They arranged to order the part; it took a business day to receive. They got the repair complete to my satisfaction, minus one recurring issue. The A/C emits a mildew-like smell for about a minute after it's first turned on. What's odd is, when the condenser wasn't functioning right, and it wasn't blowing cold air, the mildew smell wasn't present. With the new condenser, this mildew smell, which has existed for a while and they told me was no longer present, is very apparently still present. Whether I don't run the A/C for extended periods of time, or whether I run it constantly, when it is activated, the smell is there; it's at it's worst when the car sits a longer period of time. I guess this is something I have to tackle on my own. Kudos to the service crew for providing me with a comp car during this unexpected repair. Personnel like Shelly and Luke, along with the mechanics efforts, are what keep me and my family Darcy customers. Thank you.
