I purchased a new Sierra with the trade of my Jeep. My salesman was Kyle Lopez and the sales GM Luke Sillar joined once it was time to crunch numbers. Both were great to work with, both knew the product and were able to answer all my questions. I had been looking for about 2 months so I was very familiar with the truck trims and prices as well as the value of my Jeep I traded. I am very satisfied with the final price of the truck I purchased, I also got a fair trade value for my Jeep. Both Kyle and Luke worked to cover every detail and did everything they could to make the process quick and simple. They were both honest and straightforward. As a side note, days after after the sale I returned to have some extras done by service, Kyle personally arranged the appointment and work to be done and Luke even checked in to make sure I was still happy with everything. In short, these guys were personable, professional, knowledgeable and were focused on making sure I was satisfied to the best of their ability. A tip of the hat to D'Arcy, good employees and good leadership make a huge difference! They have earned my business.
I just bought my second Buick Encore from D’Arcy and couldn’t be happier. My salesmen was J.R. and he sold me my first Buick. A real great guy to work with. No pressure but went to great lengths to my experience easy. Mike in finance was also so nice to work with. I would recommend this dealership and it’s staff if you are looking for a car.
Worst Dealership I have ever worked with! Crappy service department, and they sold me a BRAND NEW vehicle with a repaired rim. When I tried to get it resolved through them they did nothing. I will never buy another vehicle from them or GM! In addition, I had them take the tire off of the bad rim to show them the patch that was on on the outside and where the tire company had put the patch on the inside, they destroyed the valve stem. I had to take my car to discount tire to get a new vavle stem. Also I called Chris Jett (the service manager to set an appointment. When he called me back he thought I was a mechanic that was applying for a position there. Obviously he not very organized and pretty much sucks as a service manager. The only thing I will say is they did wash my car.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation,when I pulled in the service garage, I waited as the the two exchanged glances to see which one was going to wait on me Which is very rude and unprofessional. I got my vehicle serviced, but I am disappointed with their service team
Saturday i went to Darcy automotive in Joliet . I told Matthew ""the salesman "" i was on a budget so i needed a car for under $15.000 for my wife by Monday June 6th for work and told them that .. He seemed awesome! i found 2 that would work ,but i wanted my wife to drive them both first. So i came back the next week because they were closed on Sunday and Monday. We took a Buick rogue for a test drive and my wife didn't like it, it was a little to small. So we decided we would buy the Hyundai Veracruz instead. But they couldn't get it to start and it was getting late in the day. They told us they were bringing it into the shop and would be ready the next day. Surprise it wasnt ready the next day , theSOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE without even as much as a phone call to me . Wasted 4 days of my life , and forced me to buy something i reall y didnt want from someone else so my wife could make it to work . .. I WILL CONTINUE TO TELL 2 PEOPLE AND THEY WILL TELL 2 PEOPLE AND SO ON AND SO ON. Thanks for the run around .
Outstanding! From sales to service I am impressed and I’ve bought a lot of cars. Salesman Sergio professional, friendly, patient, helpful, follows through. I highly recommend him. Cashier- outstanding. Service desk and service workers- outstanding. I thought I got in the wrong car after it was serviced. Even the car mats were cleaned.

Well I'm an old lady on a pension. The first thing I did this AM is to tear off any sign of D'Arcy OFF MY CAR! Yes right away they start the handshakes, smiles... FAMILY?? Ha ha ha ha... I see all the reviews of stupid people who fell for it. Right away Mike Rizzoti starts yelling at me that my trade-in is not sellable....but it's worth at least 2500 in the blue book. Then they played with numbers and stole at least 2K from me. They make a point to screw everyone out of least 2K. Yeah...great place to get screwed, because that's what the boys love to do. So now I only have 18,000 saved for the rest of my life. Yeah... I'm stupid. Then they all smile and laugh and act like they are a GOOD???? dealership, because they cheat their customers. Now I'll have a good cry. One guy was nice...Matt. Is that his job?
Bad and unprofessional sales man. Julio and carlos after we make deal they call me and say the truck we make the dela is not the one we talk. I call back and they dont hanging up call i hear the taking of me very bad things but they don't know me bad bad bad experience

Don't know where to start maybe I should start where the finance officer ghost wrote the contract then had me sign it stating it was something else when I caught on he tried to lie buyer beware is all I can say I only gave it one star cause that's the least I could give
