Worst Dealership I have ever worked with! Crappy service department, and they sold me a BRAND NEW vehicle with a repaired rim. When I tried to get it resolved through them they did nothing. I will never buy another vehicle from them or GM! In addition, I had them take the tire off of the bad rim to show them the patch that was on on the outside and where the tire company had put the patch on the inside, they destroyed the valve stem. Well I'm an old lady on a pension. The first thing I did this AM is to tear off any sign of D'Arcy OFF MY CAR! Yes right away they start the handshakes, smiles... FAMILY?? Ha ha ha ha... Spent time communicating with Carlos with the intention of purchasing an SUV. I was told they had located the vehicle at another dealership and would provide the requested information. I had some warranty work for paint, lane departure sensors and leather seat problems. There was a recall and oil change that had to be done too. Emilio was great to work with and kept me informed. He made sure I was taken care of and understood what was going on with my vehicle. He helped me get into a rental vehicle. He is a big reason I bring all of my GM vehicles to D'Arcy for service regardless if I bought them there or not.

We brought our 2013 GMC Terrain to D'Arcy Buick GMC for the free oil change we received when we purchased the truck. The business(overall) is extremely clean including the bathrooms. The waiting area is the best one I have ever been in with very comfortable chairs, big TV, reading material, free water and pop. There was also a waiting area with the same chairs but away from the TV where you can carry a conversation or do work on a laptop. Oh yeah, free WIFI as well. Bought a used truck and IT IS TERRIBLE. Sales manager TOM called me 8 times talking me into coming in to see it. I told him it MUST have no mechanical problem and must not leak any oil. I have given this service department numerous opportunities to meet my expectations but this final experience seals the deal. The service department is very unresponsive, overpriced and I honestly feel that they are trying to cheat people with inflated prices, unnecessary work and surprise charges. My 2011 GMC Terrain is my first vehicle I have purchased fron D'Arcy Buick GMC. I live one hour away from the dealership and have never experienced such fantastic customer service in a car dealer. I was treated in a friendly professional manner and every element of my purchase was thoroughly explained to me. All financial arrangements were clear and fair. My new Terrain's features were explained to me and the XM radio and Onstar were set up and demonstrated to me.

Worked on OBD codes P0171, P0303 = Replaced 02 sensor at $350.00 Less than 150 miles later I get codes P0171, P0174, and P0303!! And now they want ANOTHER $300.00 + to fix it?? It should have been done right in the first place!! When I complained I was EJECTED and threatened with being arrested!!! OK so I was pissed off, and was loud, but could not get anyone in charge to attend!! Only the desk clerk.
